Functional Search

The functional search is designed to enable users to identify samples with microbial communities that possess a specific function

The functional search is performed by selecting or searching for the functional group of interest and defining a detection count cutoff above which samples will be considered positive .

To commence the search select "Functional Search" from the navigation bar. The search form as shown below will be displayed.

To run the search press "Run Analysis"

The search results are available by navigation panels below the main navigation bar. These are illustrated below.
