Data Processing and Inclusion Criteria

A highly selective, manually curated process is applied to ensure the continued high quality of the data contained within the HPMCD. This process relies initially on data submitted to the EBI Metagenomics Portal which is re-analyzed using a specialized, standardized analysis pipeline. This pipeline integrates extensive, manually curated genome collections and curated sample metadata.
